★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima expedição sem nenhum respeito com o cliente setor de faturamento apenas dando prioridade aos clientes com pagamento em espécie chefe de expedição sem nenhuma noção de logística fica aqui registrado minha decepção como coordenador de transporte e de logística não dá da da entender uma empresa desse nível com uma expedição fora da realidade do tamanho que e está empresa.
Bad shipping with no respect for the customer Billing sector just giving priority to customers with cash payment Shipping boss with no notion of logistics here is recorded My disappointment as a transportation and logistics coordinator can not understand a company of this level with an unrealistic expedition the size of that company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Pra comprar aqui, só se eu estiver com a faca no pescoço! Atendimento horrível! Vendedora Carol não atende no prazo, não respeita clientes e seus compromissos! Outro detalhe: ninguém vai conseguir explicar como vc faz um faturamento com o peso maior sendo mais barato do que com o peso menor sendo mais caro! Isso aconteceu comigo! E a vendedora sabendo da minha necessidade, ao invés de resolver o incoveniente, me propôs não fazer a compra e voltar na segunda pra reclamar com o gerente dela! Absurdo!
Bad experience! To buy here, only if I have the knife around my neck! Horrible service! Carol seller does not meet the deadline, does not respect customers and their commitments! Another detail: no one will be able to explain how you make a bill with the heavier weight being cheaper than with the smaller weight being more expensive! It happened to me! And the seller, knowing my need, instead of solving the inconvenience, proposed me not to make the purchase and come back on Monday to complain to her manager! Absurd!
