★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abandono ou má administração eu não sei mas a alguns anos era um centro de comércio importante para o bairro. Pouquíssimas lojas sobreviveram até hoje, uma pena, a AV. Sta. Catarina têm um potencial enorme para comércio e desenvolvimento do bairro.
Abandonment or mismanagement I don't know but a few years ago it was an important commercial center for the neighborhood. Very few stores have survived until today, a pity, AV. Sta. Catarina has enormous potential for commerce and neighborhood development.
