★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prédio é muito antigo. O elevador demora muito para chegar. Da última vez, eu desci 11 andares de escada, porque o elevador não chegava de jeito nenhum. Eu fui lá para a minha consulta no Oftalmologista que é excelente. Percebi que em vários andares tem muitas lojas de revendas de produtos de fábrica, tais como lingeries, roupas de praia, semijoias, roupas femininas e bolsas. Tem estacionamento no entorno do prédio. Mas o prédio todo precisa de uma boa reforma.
The building is very old. The elevator takes a long time to arrive. Last time, I took the stairs 11 floors down, because the elevator didn't arrive at all. I went there for my appointment at the Ophthalmologist which is excellent. I noticed that on several floors there are many stores selling factory products, such as lingerie, beachwear, semi-jewels, women's clothing and bags. There is parking around the building. But the whole building needs a good renovation.
