★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tentei pedir duas vezes pelo ifood, e nas duas vezes simplesmente cancelaram o pedido.
Se não tem o produto tira do cardápio e pelo menos liga pra dar uma satisfação pro cliente antes de cancelar.
Péssimo atendimento, desisti de tentar provar e não indico pra ninguém!
 I've already tried ordering for ifood twice, and both times they simply canceled the order.
If you don't have the product, take it off the menu and at least call to give a satisfaction to the customer before canceling.
Bad service, I gave up trying to prove it and I don't recommend it to anyone!

Pedimos acréscimo de batata não veio, o pedimos para o motoboy subir, pois minha mãe esta operada e somente ela estava na residência ele tratou com falta de educação e ao sair da residência depois de entregar o frango ficou tocando o interfone feito um maluco. Péssimo, chegamos em casa minha mãe recém operada estava super nervosa com o ocorrido e ninguém do estabelecimento deu suporte algum. Não recomendo. Péssimos, atitudes desprezíveis.
Terrible, horrible service, crazy motorcycle courier and uneducated attendants. We asked for an addition of potatoes, it didn't come, we asked the motoboy to go upstairs, because my mother was operated on and she was the only one in the residence, he treated her with lack of education and when he left the residence after delivering the chicken, he kept ringing the intercom like a madman. Very bad, we got home, my mother who had just operated on was super nervous about what happened and no one from the establishment gave any support. I do not recommend. Terrible, despicable attitudes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizado. Reservei meu pedido por telefone e quando cheguei pra pegar tinham vendido minha encomenda para outra pessoa e não tinham mais do que eu reservei pra me servir.
Isso aconteceu várias vezes, no mínimo 4 vezes, das outras eu relevei, mas não volto mais. O que vendem lá é muito bom, mas isso apenas não é suficiente pra agradar e manter a clientela.
Eu sou apenas um, espero que não faça falta.

Very disorganized. I booked my order over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up they had sold my order to someone else and they didn't have more than what I booked to serve me.
This happened several times, at least 4 times, the others I ignored, but I won't go back. What they sell there is very good, but that's just not enough to please and keep the clientele.
I'm just one, I hope it won't be missed.
