Fiz um pedido 12h e retornei a ligação 12h55 perguntando pq não havia chegado o pedido, me deixaram esperando no telefone mais de 2 minutos e me informaram que estaria a caminho. Desligaram o telefone sem nenhum pedido de desculpas.
I like the chicken very much, but the last experience I had was not pleasant. I placed an order at 12h and returned the call at 12h55 asking why the order had not arrived, they left me waiting on the phone for more than 2 minutes and informed me that I would be on my way. They hung up the phone without an apology.

We always ask for delivery and they are punctual, in addition to the food always arriving warm as if we were making the meal there.
