Como não havia sinal de que o pedido estava sendo preparado, entrei em contato via WhatsApp, daí me informaram que o pedido já foi recebido e seria preparado. Depois de esperar bastante, entrei em contato novamente. Disseram que já estava a caminho, com o entregador. Depois de mais de uma hora e 20 minutos do inicio do pedido, nada tinha chegado. Então mandei mais uma mensagem, dessa vez desistindo, pois todos estavam com fome e não tinham mais como esperar. Pouco tempo depois, apareceu um entregador, mas com apenas meio frango. Eu pedi um inteiro. Não aceitei, é claro. Muita desorganização e desrespeito com o cliente.
I ordered a whole chicken through the Snek app. As there was no sign that the order was being prepared, I contacted via WhatsApp, then they informed me that the order had already been received and would be prepared. After waiting a long time, I got in touch again. They said he was already on his way with the delivery boy. After more than an hour and 20 minutes from the start of the order, nothing had arrived. So I sent another message, this time giving up, as everyone was hungry and couldn't wait any longer. A short time later a delivery man appeared, but with only half a chicken. I ordered a whole. I didn't accept it, of course. A lot of disorganization and disrespect for the customer.
