★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estabelecimento simples, conheci através do ifood, e amei, no dia dos pais resolvi ir no local, como disse é simples, tem duas mesas e não dá pra comer no local pois é pequeno, mas quem experimentar o delivery não vai se arrepender, tanto as carnes como o frango e também os acompanhamentos ( maionese e vinagrete ) preço honestíssimo, só tenho que agradecer e desejar vida longa ao galeto rei. Parabéns!
Simple establishment, met through ifood, and loved, on Father's Day I decided to go there, as I said is simple, has two tables and can not eat in the place because it is small, but those who try the delivery will not regret, so much the meats like chicken and also the side dishes (mayonnaise and vinaigrette) honest price, I just have to thank and wish long life to the king cockerel. com crianças esperando a comida nada não veio nem ligaram .

1- onde nos dias de hoje onde eu estava com fome com crianças em casa como estaria com telefone desligado ?
Sendo que ninguém desliga telefone hoje em dia , como não conseguiram me ligar ? Simples isso é uma mentira
2 - vocês trocaram de telefone era um fixo no qual dizia que era inexistente!
Obs . As crianças chorando de fome eu sem saber se viriam fiquei em uma situação difícil ... como chamar essa trabalhada de um restaurante que entrega comida , onde do outro lado tem famílias esperando almoço de Domingo que nunca chegou ...

2 - you switched phones was a landline in which you said it was non-existent!
Obs. The children crying with hunger and I didn't know if they would come, I was in a difficult situation ... how to call this restaurant a restaurant that delivers food, where on the other side there are families waiting for Sunday lunch that never arrived ...

Fiz o pedido através do aplicativo ifood, assim que fiz o pedido já entrei em contato com o restaurante o atendemente me informou que o meu pedido não poderia ser entregue completo pois não tinha a quantidade suficiente que pedi, até aí ok.
Da uns 20 minutos outra pessoa imagino eu que seja o responsável do restaurante me liga e diz que não tem mais o prato que eu pedi. Me ofereceu outro com valor 7,00 superior mas me daria o desconto, aceitei pois já era tarde e não tinha mais outra opção.
Daí o próximo problema meu pedido atrasado, entrei em contato novamente a resposta que obtive foi problema na logística, que pelo que vi nas avaliações no App é um problema constante já deveria ter sido corrigido.
Vamos para o próximo problema meu pedido veio com a embalagem toda estourada. Entrei em contato novamente registrei em fotos. E adivinha o mesmo que me ligou para falar que o pedido tinha acabado me liga agora todo estressado como se a culpa de todo o ocorrido fosse minha. E me diz que o pedido foi entregue intacto, ele só se esqueceu que eu poderia acompanhar todo o trajeto de quem recebeu para ver se tinham derrubado.
Ainda cancelou meu pedido no ifood porque assim eu não teria como reclamar lá.
Péssimo atendimento, pessoas mal educadas e despreparadas para atendimento ao público.
Ah eles me entregaram o produto intacto mas avisaram que tinha vazado um pouco de óleo. Mas por onde?
Já que a embalagem estava Intacta.

I placed the order through the ifood application, as soon as I placed the order I already contacted the restaurant and the attendant informed me that my order could not be delivered in full because it did not have enough quantity that I ordered, so far ok.
After about 20 minutes, someone else imagines me to be in charge of the restaurant, calls me and says he no longer has the dish I ordered. He offered me another one with a higher value of 7.00 but would give me the discount, I accepted because it was too late and I had no other option.
Hence the next problem, my delayed order, I contacted again the answer I got was a logistics problem, which from what I saw in the evaluations on the App is a constant problem that should have been corrected.
Let's go to the next problem. My order came with the packaging all broken. I got in touch again and registered in photos. And guess what he called me to say that the order was over now calls me all stressed out as if it was my fault. And he tells me that the order was delivered intact, he just forgot that I could follow the entire route of whoever received it to see if it had been dropped.
You still canceled my order at ifood because I wouldn't be able to complain there.
Poor service, poorly educated and unprepared people to serve the public.
