★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma experiência horrível, pedi uma quentinha completa hoje dia 15/11/2018 as 13:12 no galeto são Luiz da serraria ( Próximo ao Conjunto Teotônio Vilela ) para entregar em minha residência que fica no José Tenório em Frente ao Supermercado Bom dia e a mesma quentinha só chegou as 14:27 . Eu não acredito que 1 quentinha demore 1 e 15 minutos para ser preparada e ser entregue no mesmo conjunto que o galeto fica localizado.
Another horrible experience, I ordered a complete hot today 11/15/2018 at 13:12 at the galeto são Luiz da serraria (Next to the Teotônio Vilela Complex) to deliver to my residence, which is located in José Tenório in front of the Supermarket Bom dia e the same warm one only arrived at 14:27. I do not believe that a warm one takes 1 and 15 minutes to be prepared and delivered in the same set as the chicken is located.

Comprando pessoalmente nunca tive problema com nada, já pelo delivery tive alguns problemas como: maionese que chegou azeda, quentinhas bagunçadas viradas dentro da sacola. Das quentinhas que já comprei por aí essa foi a melhor!
The food is good and has a super tasty mayonnaise to help with the flavor. Sometimes the mayonnaise recipe goes wrong, but nothing that can not eat .... Buying personally never had a problem with anything, already delivery I had some problems such as mayonnaise that came sour, hot messy turned inside the bag. Of the warm ones I've bought out there, this one was the best!

Realizei o pedido 12:40 e agora são 14:40 e o pedido ainda não chegou repito ainda não chegou. Eles alegam que o prazo do pedido e 80min e que o motoboy sai com várias entregas, uma dica: melhorem a logística de entrega de vocês porque é péssima seria bem melhor vocês serem sincero e colocar 2hs o prazo de entrega para quem quiser espera ou escolhe uma área/zona para da um bom atendimento. Não recomendo pedir pelo TELEFONE se fosse para RETIRADA quem sabe não seria melhor !
