Vocês fizeram uma obra no meu condomínio e todos os moradores ficaram insatisfeitos. Tivemos problemas desde fiação aparente, pedreiros vão trabalhar o dia e horário que querem, alguns defeitos na pintura, etc. Resumindo, o trabalho e material ficou muito longe do esperado.
Encontrei hoje com a engenheira de vocês mostrei para ela alguns defeitos na reforma, mas a ela se mostrou muito despreparada para tal cargo. Parecia que ela estava em uma conversa de botequim, em momento algum mostrou conhecimento técnico. Todos os argumentos dela foram baseado em ditos polares como por exemplo:
Comprou carne de segunda e quer comer filé.
Acredito que tais argumentos fogem muito do que ela deve ter aprendido na faculdade e não deve condizer com a real postura da construtora.
Fica aqui minha satisfação e solicitação de retratação da construtora com o condômino.
Infelizmente você contrataram uma pessoa despreparada tecnicamente e emocionalmente.
Gentlemen, I would like to report a bad experience I had with Gama today.
You did a project in my condo and all the residents were dissatisfied. We had problems since apparent wiring, masons will work the day and time they want, some defects in the painting, etc. In short, the work and material was far from what was expected.

Here is my satisfaction and request for retraction of the construction company with the tenant.
