Não podemos nem tocar nos jogos, todas as vezes que o atendente Marcos se retirou do balcão (três vezes), levou os jogos e mesmo na presença dele, não pudemos nem pegar na capa do jogo enquanto não efetuamos o pagamento. Foi dito que os jogos eram apenas o que estavam disponíveis nas prateleiras, sendo que a distância do balcão a prateleira é distante o suficiente para não enxergamos os nomes dos jogos. Não teve nem indicações de jogos e nem foi dito os jogos disponíveis. Ao menos uma pasta com imagens do jogos disponíveis, poderia disponibilizar. O vendedor fez com que me sentisse mal dentro da loja, não pretendo voltar..
The store design is amazing. But I didn't like the service...
We can't even touch the games, every time the attendant Marcos left the counter (three times), took the games and even in his presence, we couldn't even pick up the cover of the game until we made the payment. It was said that the games were just what was available on the shelves, with the distance from counter to shelf being far enough away that we didn't see the names of the games. There were neither game indications nor were the available games told. At least one folder with available game images could be made available. The seller made me feel bad inside the store, I don't intend to go back ..
