★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPREM NESTA LOJA !!! Não emitem nota fiscal , não dão assistência , não atendem telefone e não respondem WhatsApp. Comprei um aparelho , já apresentou defeito duas vezes e agora não consigo assistência mesmo estando no prazo . Simplesmente te ignoram !
 DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE !!! They do not issue invoices, do not give assistance, do not answer phones and do not answer WhatsApp. I bought a device, it has already failed twice and now I can't get assistance even if it's on time. They simply ignore you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basta verificar o reclame aqui e irão entender a péssima reputação dessa loja. A loja vende e não entrega o produto. Emite nota fiscal e cancela. Enfim, eu não consigo entender onde anda a receita e o ministério público que não fazem uma investigação sobre esse local. Descumprimento de oferta, propaganda enganosa são crimes, mas eles continuam por ai, para enganar outras pessoas.

Anyway, I can not understand where the revenue and prosecutors are not doing an investigation on this place. Não conhecia o site e após uma pesquisa no Google para compra do produto (Amazfit GTR) foi onde encontrei o melhor preço, mesmo assim resolvi arriscar e a expectativa foi muito positiva, desde o atendimento inicial até o pós-venda.
O site é de fácil navegação, bem organizado e claro nas informações, é muito fácil e seguro comprar. Estou muito satisfeito, o produto veio com nota e lacrado na embalagem do fabricante, recomendo a loja Games Mix a todos, sem exceção.

Após a confirmação de pagamento, um representante me informa que o prazo para entrega do produto era de até 3 dias úteis. Porém, a entrega do produto só ocorreu uma semana depois, porque aparentemente, eles não tinham o produto em estoque. A caixa do produto veio amassada e violada. Entretanto, o produto aparenta ser novo e não há defeitos aparentes. Pontos positivos: O preço é justo; é enviado um e-mail automático rastreando seu produto, uma loja virtual legítima com loja física em São Paulo. Pontos negativos: Atendimento ruim (o e-mail automático consegue informar melhor e ser mais atencioso, do que os e-mails dos atendentes); não cumprem prazos de entrega estabelecidos por eles mesmos; não há muita informação ou esclarecimento, sobre qualquer dúvida que você tenha.

After confirmation of payment, a representative informs me that the deadline for delivery of the product was up to 3 business days. However, delivery of the product only occurred a week later because apparently they did not have the product in stock. The product carton has been kneaded and tampered with. However, the product appears to be new and there are no apparent defects. Positives: The price is fair; an automatic email is sent tracking your product, a legitimate virtual store with physical store in São Paulo. Negative points: Poor service (automatic e-mail can better inform and be more attentive than e-mails from attendants); do not meet deadlines established by themselves; there is not much information or clarification about any questions you may have.

Para minha surpresa, a compra foi feita sem nenhum problema, o produto foi postado no mesmo dia e chegou em minha casa em dois dias úteis. Entrei em contato pelo whatsapp para tirar uma dúvida e fui bem atendido. Pela experiência que tive, recomendaria a loja sim, e o fato de possuir loja física nos deixa mais tranquilos quanto a sua seriedade.

I got in touch by whatsapp to ask a question and I was well attended. From the experience I had, I would recommend the store, and the fact of having a physical store makes us more relaxed about its seriousness.
