Não me refiro ao dono, que por sinal me atendeu muito bem quando estava na loja, mais sim ao funcionário que fica responsável quando o mesmo não está. Fui na loja dois sábados consecutivos e o mesmo estava jogando e literalmente se recusou a me atender, questionei sobre o funcionamento da loja e o fato de estar aberto, o funcionário simples disse "a loja está aberta e funcionando porém eu não vou poder te atender pois estou jogando!!" No sábado posterior fui com outro colega e o funcionário estava novamente jogando, perguntei pra ele se tinha alguém para me atender no balcão o mesmo simplesmente disse não!! E continuou jogando.
Acredito que o dono não tenha conhecimento desta situação, pois como citei no início, quando fui na loja o mesmo me atendeu muito bem. nos dois sábados que eu e meus amigos fomos na loja ficamos bem chateados com a situação e realmente não pretendemos mais voltar.
I do not recommend, especially on Saturdays, terrible service! I'm not referring to the owner, who by the way served me very well when I was in the store, but to the employee who is responsible when he is not. I went to the store two consecutive Saturdays and the same was playing and literally refused to serve me, I asked about the operation of the store and the fact that it was open, the simple employee said "the store is open and working but I will not be able to serve you because I'm playing!!" The following Saturday I went with another colleague and the employee was playing again, I asked him if there was someone to help me at the counter and he simply said no!! And continued playing.
I believe the owner is not aware of this situation, because as I mentioned at the beginning, when I went to the store, he served me very well. on the two saturdays that my friends and I went to the store we were very upset with the situation and we really don't intend to go back.
