★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, não existe zelo pelo cliente. Ao chegar na loja, 3 ou mais funcionários conversando e mexendo no telefone. Batendo papo, e com isso atrasando a vida de quem vai realizar a compra de peças. Não recomendo a loja a ninguém.
Lousy service, there is no zeal for the customer. Upon arriving at the store, 3 or more employees talking and touching the phone. Chatting, and thereby delaying the lives of those who will purchase parts. I don't recommend the store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volto nunca mais. Efetuei a compra no débito mais não dava certo. Fui no banco sacar o dinheiro e vi q já tinha sido descontado o valor q tinha feito a compra. Voltei lá e não estava no histórico dele como si eles não tivessem recebido. Voltei pra casa sem o dinheiro sem as bicicletas s com os meninos chorando. Péssimos
I'll never be back. I made the purchase on the debit but it didn't work. I went to the bank to withdraw the money and saw that the amount q had made the purchase had already been discounted. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odiei, fiz revisão da minha bike aro29 zera com apenas 2 mês de uso falaram aí faltam q tinha q troca o conjunto todo de catraca, pedevela, coroa, caixa central e troquei os capo de freio nisso tudo paguei 400R$ 280 de peça e 120 da revisão, deu nem um mês direito tive q troca o canduites pq tava comendo aquela parte preta e fiquei sem freio e e agr minha corrente botou e a catraca tbm tá com poblema nisso tudo gastei 400 reais atoa, então não aconselho a garagem primavera !!!
I hated it, I reviewed my aro29 zera bike with only 2 months of use, they said that I had to change the whole set of ratchet, crank, crown, central box and I changed the brake capo in all that I paid 400 R$ 280 for a part and 120 From the review, it took not even a month, I had to change the canduites because I was eating that black part and I ran out of brakes and now my chain was on and the ratchet is also in trouble, I spent 400 reais for nothing, so I don't advise the spring garage !! !
