★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA. Ralaram o meu carro, não resolvem, o tal de CELSO ignora todos os e-mails que envio e hoje a atendente me disse que ele não responde mesmo e que é melhor entrar com processo para reparar o dano. Um verdadeiro absurdo.
 TERRIBLE. They grated my car, they don't solve it, CELSO ignores all the emails I send and today the attendant told me that he doesn't respond at all and that it's better to file a lawsuit to repair the damage. A real absurdity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Carro ficou no tempo e está todo sujo e nem sei se possui manchas. Bancos internos do lado do passageiro mexidos. O serviço de traslado é horrível e quem trabalha no local não nos permite confiar em nada nesta empresa. Não Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, extremamente desorganizado, apenas um funcionário pra atender uma infinidade de pessoas, fazer o transporte das pessoas do aeroporto para o estacionamento, manobrar os carros e entregar aos clientes, a mesma pessoa executa todas essas funções. A Van não comporta a quantidade de pessoas que chega e precisa do transporte, quando a Van chega depois de uma longa espera muitas pessoas ficam pra trás e precisam aguardar a próxima que demora muito, nesse período outras pessoas vão chegando para ser transportadas também, não existe qualquer ordem ou fila para pegar a van, vira praticamente uma luta entre as pessoas para conseguir entrar, todos amontoados, mesmo quando você consegue ser transportado ainda precisa aguardar o mesmo funcionário manobrar e entregar o carro de um por um, eu desembarquei as 21:20h e consegui pegar o carro apenas por volta das 11:00h. É humilhante pagar por isso, sinceramente, corram desse local.
Terrible, extremely disorganized, just one employee to serve a multitude of people, transport people from the airport to the parking lot, maneuver cars and deliver to customers, the same person performs all these functions. The Van does not support the number of people that arrive and need transportation, when the Van arrives after a long wait, many people are left behind and have to wait for the next one, which takes a long time, during this period other people arrive to be transported too, no there is any order or queue to get the van, it becomes practically a struggle between people to get in, everyone is crowded, even when you manage to be transported, you still have to wait for the same employee to maneuver and deliver the car one by one, I disembarked at 21 :20h and managed to get the car only around 11:00h. It's humiliating to pay for it, honestly, run away from this place.

O meu veículo foi deixado em vaga coberta quando cheguei e quando fui retirar estava no sol. Ademais, você precisa deixar a chave com eles, e quando fui retirar me ofereceram três chaves de veículos diferentes antes da minha... Ou seja, segurança zero.
Os atendentes são mal educados e estão totalmente indiferentes quanto ao que acontece ali...
I honestly don't recommend it, the lower price doesn't make up for the headache.
My vehicle was left in a covered parking space when I arrived and when I went to pick it up it was in the sun. Also, you need to leave the key with them, and when I went to pick it up, they offered me three different vehicle keys before mine... In other words, zero security.
The attendants are rude and are totally indifferent to what happens there...

Preço baixo atendimento horrível, motorista da van que faz o traslado estacionamento aeroporto, um senhor grosso mal educado que talvez pela idade já não tenha mais paciência para executar esse tipo de trabalho ou seja lidar com pessoas. Não ajudou com as malas não ligou o ar condicionado do veiculo de birra e quando chegamos ao estacionamento desceu abriu a porta e saiu e foi embora nos deixando com todas as malas dentro do veículo, que diga se de passagem em péssimas condições de uso. Depois que efetuamos o pagamento perguntei sobre o veículo e a atendente do caixa disse está por aí, tivemos que sair procurando o veículo, lamentável. NÃO RECOMENDO!

He didn't help with the bags, he didn't turn on the air conditioning of the vehicle in a tantrum and when we arrived at the parking lot, he went down, opened the door and left and left leaving us with all the bags inside the vehicle, let's say if in passing in bad conditions of use. After we made the payment, I asked about the vehicle and the cashier said it's out there, we had to go looking for the vehicle, unfortunate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local é excelente, fiz a reserva pelo site e o valor para 6 diárias saiu por 180,00, achei bom, considerando que o estacionamento é no aeroporto mesmo. Se fosse o do aeroporto de Viracopos ficaria em mais de 350,00.
Tive todas as informações pelo WhatsApp, mas, infelizmente, não avisaram que é preciso deixar a chave do carro.
Não tem mais convênio com a Azul e sugeri que atualizem o site com esta informação!
Importante destacar que nem todas as vagas são cobertas!
A recepcionista do dia 10/05/22 cedinho que nos recebeu poderia ter sido mais capacitada, infelizmente, as respostas aos questionamentos foram bem ríspidas, o que me desagradou bastante!
Este tipo de atendimento na chegada precisa ser para encantar e nunca para espantar o cliente!
O profissional da Van que nos levou e buscou no aeroporto foi muito atencioso, gentil e comprometido.
Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima estrutura. Divulgam vagas cobertas, porém, muitos veículos ficam expostos ao tempo. Esta foto tirei na hora da retirada do carro, ainda dentro do estacionamento. A mancha branca é tinta da fachada do prédio que ficou escorrendo sobre o capô do carro nos dias de chuva.
Questionei o funcionário na retirada, para ajudar, ele esfregou o capô do carro com a mão, para dizer que a mancha iria sair.
Bad structure. They publicize covered spaces, however, many vehicles are exposed to the weather. This photo I took at the time of the car removal, still inside the parking lot. The white stain is paint on the facade of the building that dripped onto the hood of the car on rainy days.
