★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motorista da linha 23018, não faz a parada quando é solicitada pelo usuário no ponto de ônibus do condomínio Recanto dos Pássaros . Já fiz algumas reclamações do mesmo tanto no Terminal Cental quanto com telefone da garagem mais o motorista da linha 23018, continua não parando no ponto .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento por parte dos motorista pois existem algumas cobradoras que ao você pedir uma informação vira o rosto e faz de voce um cachorro. Eu ja fui cobrador de duas empresas aqui em Aracaju e mesno nao sendo daqui você tem que prestar um ótimo atendimento, mais não vamos generalizar por que existem outros cobradores que merecem elogios, fica aqui minha avaliação para essa empresa que presta um ótimo serviço para a população feirense.
Good service from the driver because there are some collectors that when you ask for information turns your face and makes you a dog. I've been a collector of two companies here in Aracaju and even so not here you have to provide great service, but let's not generalize why there are other collectors that deserve praise, here is my assessment for this company that provides a great service for the feirense population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente existe profissionais que não tem responsabilidade. No dia 04 de novembro de 2019, às 13:15 mais ou menos o horário. Peguei o ônibus do Pólo industrial. LINHA 009 O motorista estava ao volante e utilizando o celular, quase colidiu com a Van ao lado em plena BR 324. Que pena que os responsáveis pela empresa não punem, não existe câmera dentro do ônibus. Vim aqui expressar minha insatisfação e pedir que se existe alguém responsável que possa fazer alguma coisa. Se foi hoje comigo dentro do ônibus, amanhã poderá ser outras pessoas que talvez não estejam aqui para contar.

Pela falta de atenção bate no meu carro e não paga! Nas filmagens observa -se que no tempo: 15:02, segundos 1, 2 e 3 que o motorista está displicente olhando para o lado, e, na outra filmagem, no mesmo tempo, observe a linha que separa o para-brisa encostando no meio-fio esquerdo. No segundo 04 bate na lateral do meu carro, ele se assusta e puxa a direção para a direita. Ainda tentou evadir do local!
