O atendimento foi excelente como sempre, porém a qualidade do meu pedido estava muito aquém do que eu estava acostumado. A carne de hambúrguer estava toda esfarelada, não era uma única peça mas sim vários pedacinhos. Reclamei no Instagram via directo, eles estavam on LINE mas não respoderam. Decepcionado, sou cliente a mais de 2 anos e nunca tinha ocorrido do produto ser tão maltratado, parece que quem montou estava morrendo de preguiça. Vocês precisam atentar para isso.
The service was excellent, the prices are still great, but the hamburgers are not being made with the same care. On 01/26/22 I bought two hamburgers, ordered them for the trip. The service was excellent as always, however the quality of my order was far below what I was used to. The hamburger meat was all crumbled, not a single piece but several pieces. I complained on Instagram via direct, they were on LINE but they don't respond. Disappointed, I have been a customer for over 2 years and it had never happened that the product was so mistreated, it seems that whoever assembled it was dying of laziness. You need to pay attention to that.
