They do not reply to messages or answer the cell phone. I went twice to get my item back and no one attended me at the house. I recommend looking for professional bike shops.

Bare bike shop, with first class workmanship!!! Mr Patrique was super attentive and he was the only one who managed to fix my bike, when the work is good we have to value it!!!!
