★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui registrar a minha indignação perante aos motoristas da linha Central, no ponto de Jardim Anhangá praticamente em frente a garagem os mesmos não estão parando, passam direto com o ônibus vazio, os passageiros faltam se jogar na frente do ônibus e eles não param. Solicito por gentileza que os responsáveis da empresa tomem as providências cabíveis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, ontem dia 02/06/2022(quarta-feira), por volta de 18:20 estava retornando do trabalho, já cansada de um dia conturbado. Estava eu sentada na parte da frente no banco "alto", onde o motorista estava em velocidade e qnd virou a curva simplesmente o banco soltou do local, onde eu e a passageira ao meu lado ficamos nervosas, visto que machuquei a parte de baixo de minhas costas e meu celular foi arremessado (este q ficou danificado na hora), a menina ao meu lado e os passageiros da parte de trás também foram lesionados, como sou cardíaca e hipertensa ao verificar a pressão com o susto a mesma "subiu" onde tive que tomar medicação imediata. Ao chegar no bairro da Figueira, onde fica o fiscal, me reportei ao mesmo informando o ocorrido, no qual me informou rispidamente que se eu quisesse era somente descer e aguardar o próximo ônibus.
Sem mais, aguardo retorno, para evitar maiores transtornos.
