★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Foi sem dúvida a pior experiência que já tive. A pintura foi refeita 2 vezes e ainda ficou escorrida e com diferença de tonalidade. O pintor JP ainda duvidou se a pintura do carro era original (carro praticamente 0km) e sem deixar de mencionar o desaforo do mesmo (tenho todos os áudios). Resumindo, atendimento péssimo e serviço horrível, tentaram refazer pela 3 vez, mas não quis correr mais esse risco. Não são competentes.
 Poor service! It was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. The painting was redone 2 times and it was still drained and with a difference in tone. The painter JP still doubted whether the painting of the car was original (car practically 0km) and without forgetting to mention its insult (I have all the audios). In short, terrible service and horrible service, they tried to redo it 3 times, but I didn't want to take that risk anymore. They are not competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parabéns para proprietária desse estabelecimento que nao tem uma postura digna de resolver problemas, bom fiz um pacote de troca de serviços e seu funcionário iria tirar a habilitação fez todo processo,fez aulas e tive que vender o veiculo por conta que eles demoraram a dizer o dia pra ser concertalo então entrei em contato falaram que ficaria com credito entao tudo bem, veio a pandemia deyran parou e o processo de seu funcionário venceu emtao resolvi a situação pedindo a prorrogação assom foi feito mas a mesma como nao sabe o sistema do detran reclamou so que por contando de diminuição de fincionario de detran estar tudo lento, como a mesma não sabe vim saber a real situação resolver expor a empresa em redes sociais ai ta uma proprietária de baixo nível assim mostrou que nao sabe vim resolver a situação quer plateia mas pra dar o servicos nem fala e muito menos deu alguma previsão de quando poderia pegar algum veiculo. Assim e complicado quer ter direitos e não dar direitos vamos ser justo ne. Mas parabéns pelo caráter que vc mostrou.. isso é uma empresária... só respondendo que vc falou e que agente falar e todos que trabalham com o sistema do drtran sabe, mas seu funcionario não estar com 3 anos nem isso vc sabe ne, então ele deu entrada nk dia 20/08/2019 venceu por conta tambem que seu funcionario não tinha documentos para pega aula e todos sabe que órgão detran nao aceitar tem que ter documento com foto e calcado adequado ou vc tambem nao sabia disso tudo que estou lhe passando estar registrado em nosso sistema, mas pelo que vejo vc quer habilitacao de graça por que meu esposo lhe procurou pra vcs dar o serviço vc so enrolou ne. Agora quer exigir uma coisa que vc ainda nem pagou ele teve até o momento tudo pago pela auto escola. Mas como vc e uma pessoa bem agradável como dar pra ver várias pessoas relatando. Só que com a gente vc fechou troca de serviço e até o momento agente deu e por parte de vcs até agora nada ficou só na falar. Passe bem boa tarde pra vc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja fiz serviço de ressuscitação no meu gol g4, proteção no etios. Ressuscitação do honda city, proteção no meu up tsi branco, só não fiz ainda no meu atual carro por falta de verba. Pois vontade não falta com um serviço tão top como desse lugar. Serviço que acompanhei de muitos anos sua evolução, casal maravilhoso que põe a mão na massa e rala pesado pra dar o melhor pro seu carro. Recomendo demais. Espero o quanto antes voltar mais e mais vezes.
I have already done resuscitation service on my g4 goal, age protection. Resuscitation of honda city, protection in my white up tsi, I just haven't done it yet in my current car due to lack of funds. There is no lack of desire with a service as top as that of this place. Joao Paulo e Thayane extremamente grossos e mal educados, tenho audios de whatsapp comprovando grosseria. meu carro saiu pior do que chegou. cheio de granulados e cascas de laranjas. paguei 4 mil reais pelo serviço. Pena não dar para avaliar com nenhuma estrela. João Paulo me chamou para ir lá e resolver de homem para homem. Louco.
Thayane disse que meu carro ficou um espetáculo. Acredito que para não desagradar seu companheiro de trabalho. Justiça seja feita e que outras pessoas vejam esse comentário e não façam serviço com eles, a fim de evitar PREJUÍZO.
Garagem VIP não façam isso com as pessoas. Isso não vale a pena.
Horrible service! Joao Paulo and Thayane extremely rude and rude, I have whatsapp audios proving rudeness. my car turned out worse than it arrived. full of sprinkles and orange peel. I paid 4 thousand reais for the service. Too bad you can't rate with any star. João Paulo called me to go there and solve it man to man. Crazy.
