They did that to ours, too, in front of us.
Lousy service. Never.

Questionado novamente, informou que não poderia reabrir o ticket para conceder o desconto e que eu deveria pagar o valor total. Minha observação não é pelo valor do desconto, mas sim pela falta de profissionalismo e credibilidade.
Did not grant discount of affiliated store. Driver closed the ticket without observing the store's stamp and when questioned said it is the customer's responsibility to warn. Questioned again, he informed that he could not reopen the ticket to grant the discount and that I should pay the full amount. My observation is not for the discount, but for the lack of professionalism and credibility.
