★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ontem tentei fazer um pedido por delivery e levei vácuo, hoje minha sobrinha foi ao estabelecimento fazer o mesmo pedido e ficou esperando uns 10 min sem ninguém atendê-la e disse que as funcionárias estavam conversando entre si e não deram atenção para seu pedido.

Pedi cachorro quente apenas com caldo do molho e veio com passas, maionese e tudo o mais não desejado. Na mesma hora que recebi o pedido identifiquei o problema e não houve nenhuma manifestação no sentido de tentar resolver (atender ao cliente). Apenas diziam que não tinham errado, que não tinham errado, que não tinham errado. Pior do que errar (e todos erram) é não admitir o próprio erro e, além disso, muito menos tentar repará-lo! Nunca mais!
Terrible delivery service. They made a big mistake and were not even willing to try to fix the mistake!!! Part of the snack was thrown away! I ordered a hot dog with just the broth in the sauce and it came with raisins, mayonnaise and everything else not wanted. At the same time I received the request, I identified the problem and there was no manifestation in the sense of trying to solve it (service the customer). Worse than making mistakes (and everyone makes mistakes) is not admitting your mistake and, moreover, much less trying to fix it! Never!
