Extremamente arrogante ao atender o pedido, sem paciência e sem simpatia. Me surpreendi com o tom dela ao me responder de forma grosseira por algo tão sem importância assim que chegamos. Ficamos tão sem graça que a vontade era ir embora.. ?
The place is beautiful, impeccable structure! Good music, extremely wonderful food and drinks, what made me sad was the service of a waitress. Extremely arrogant when answering the request, no patience and no sympathy. I was surprised by her tone as she replied rudely to me for something so unimportant as soon as we arrived. We were so embarrassed that we wanted to leave.. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos hoje dia 28/02 2 adulto e 2 crianças a casa estava sem movimento então não tem motivo pra demora tanto a entrega dos produtos pedimos uma torre de chop demoro e veio chop quente reclamei com a loira do caixa na qual foi super sem educação e disse que demoro porque tinha pedidos na frente pura mentira porque da minha mesa eu via os barmam sentados conversando depois pedimos um suco semmmmm gelo pois bem veio com gelo depois pedimos mais suco e 2 copo com gelo só veio só suco o copo não veio pedi o copo dinovo depois de muita demora chega o copo meio água e meio gelo pedi pra garçonete tira agua por favor a disse que não ia tirar a água porque estáva calor fui pessoalmente até o bar e pedi um copo com gelo não indico pra ninguém ir nesse ambiente atendimento péssimo funcionários mal educados obs: sentei no dec na mesa na esquina pior lugar de Sumaré
We went today on the 28/02th 2 adults and 2 children the house was without movement so there's no reason for the delivery of the products to take so long we ordered a chop tower it took a while and it came hot chop I complained to the blonde at the cashier in which she was super rude and I said that it takes time because I had orders in front of me, pure lie because from my table I could see the bartenders sitting talking then we asked for a juice without ice because well it came with ice then we asked for more juice and 2 glasses with ice only came only juice the glass did not come I asked for it new glass after a long delay the glass half water and half ice arrived I asked the waitress to draw water please told her I wasn't going to take the water because it was hot I personally went to the bar and asked for a glass with ice I don't recommend it to anyone to go there bad service rude staff obs: I sat on the dec at the table on the corner worst place in Sumaré

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente bom, atendentes educados, comida boa, banheiro limpo. Porém a organização dos garçons deixou a desejar. Perdi mt tempo p conseguir fazer pedido e na demora em trazer já q são duas equipes distintas q prestam o serviço.
Outro ponto foi em relação aos cantores, a primeira atração não podemos chamar de cantor, mt desafinado e com meu amigos já conhecia a casa relataram q realmente isso é comum, porém a última atração foi mt boa, animou a galera.
Mas acho q a casa tem um bom potencial e voltaria
Good atmosphere, polite staff, good food, clean bathroom. However, the organization of the waiters left something to be desired. I wasted a lot of time to be able to place an order and the delay in bringing it since there are two different teams that provide the service.
Another point was in relation to the singers, the first attraction we can't call a singer, very out of tune and with my friends they already knew the house they reported that this is really common, but the last attraction was very good, it cheered up the crowd.
But I think the house has good potential and would go back.

Eu em especial adorei os drinks, as porções, e a atenção que foi dada aos meus convidados!!

I celebrated my birthday on 02/19, a large table with approximately 40 people and everyone I talked to was well attended and really liked the atmosphere!!!
I especially loved the drinks, the portions, and the attention given to my guests!!
