Parece que você é quem trabalha pra eles, deve ficar correndo atrás e implorando para que te ajudem e façam o que está no próprio contrato. Realmente uma falta de respeito com os clientes. Não indico pra ninguém, só joguei dinheiro no lixo!
Awful! Bad service, lack of commitment and responsibility to the customer. It seems that you are the one who works for them, you must be running around and begging them to help you and do what is in the contract itself. Really a lack of respect for customers. I don't recommend it to anyone, I just threw money in the trash!
