★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Área de Vendas é ótima, gerenciada pelo Schell que nos atendeu super bem! Mas a Imobiliaria parecem 2 empresas distintas pois a parte de Locação eu NÃO RECOMENDO! Alugamos um imóvel com essa Imobiliária, e ficamos muito insatisfeitos com o serviço prestado. Especialmente com a ausência de expertise no processo de conclusão da locação e vistoria do imóvel e na comunicação nada positiva vinda da proprietária e funcionários.
A vistoria não foi feita corretamente e no prazo.
Não recomendo, foi aborrecimento.
The Sales Area is great, managed by Schell who served us very well! But Real Estate seem like 2 different companies because the Lease part I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We rented a property with this Real Estate, and we were very dissatisfied with the service provided. Especially with the lack of expertise in the process of concluding the lease and inspection of the property and the not-so-positive communication from the owner and employees.
The inspection was not carried out correctly and on time.
I don't recommend it, it was a hassle.
