Sandico (Hamilton) took no action to punish people who do not wear a mask during the pandemic. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been living in this Condo for over a year now - and it hasn't been very pleasent. Since it's a new Condo people are obviously moving in and renovations are ongoing - which is understandable. However, unfortunately the Condo has no noise rules set in place for these instances.
As someone who is working from home the non stop drilling has cost me some clients over the last couple of months.
So for people who are in Home-Office I'd not recommend living here.
Furthermore the Síndico is not living in the complex, so he's often hard to reach. If there are any problems or complains, he often doesn't even reply to messages
The condo also cares very little about official COVID policies. Even after official decrees were put in place, nobody cared about respecting them. This is Not okay or acceptable. I've lived in two other places before moving here and never had seen such little respect for rules or the people who live in the condo. If you have elderly or children I'd not recommend moving here.
