Ela estava puxava ele pelo rabo pra ela poder secar e empurrando contra a parede o bichinho ele tava muito assustado.
O moço até perguntou se eu queria dar banho no meu cachorro, eu falei Deus me livre! Depois de ver aquela mulher tratando o cachorro daquele jeito. Nunca que vou deixar tocarem no meu cachorro.
O atendimento da área de vendas de ração e ótimo a moça que fica lá e super gentil e o Dr. Gabriel também sempre atendeu bem e tirou minhas dúvidas quando levo meu cachorrinho.
Mas essa funcionária do banho e tosa Deus me livre quero longe do meu cachorro. Precisam revisar quem vocês contratam.

FABRICIA negligente se vcs tem amor aos seus animais não passem com ela total descaso por falta de profissionalismo dessa infeliz perdemos nosso gatinho porém tem um médico q infelizmente não lembro o nome mas ele atende as segundas e terças ótimo profissional na hora q ele viu meu bichinho já descobriu o q ele tinha bastou ele abri a boca do gatinho os exames q ela falou q estava td OK sem nenhuma alteração ele viu q estavam tds alterados ele já estava com infecção os msm q foram pedidos e visto por ela só bastava um pouco mais de atenção dela e ela ter aberto a boca dele q ela teria visto e daria tempo de ter salvado ele na msm hora o dr. levou ele p cirugia mas infelizmente já era tarde demais estamos sofrendo muito com essa perda a gente leva na esperança de ser bem tratado e bem cuidado pagamos tão caro tiramos da onde não temos pra vim uma inresponsável dessa e fazer o serviço dela de qq jeito por isso reforço cuidado ao levar seus animais a qq profissional como essa q se diz dra. FABRICIA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obrigado por tudo Doutora Talita e Fabrízia por serem tão amáveis atenciosas e profissionais , sei o Tanto que tentaram fazer o melhor pela minha Jully , e infelizmente não foi possível salva lá , minha única indignação foi a forma que o doutor Gabriel deu a notícia que ela tinha falecido , foi o mesmo como se estivesse dizendo algo sem importância, rotineiro de um produto com defeito e sem concerto, tipo quebrou e não tem mais jeito,muito frio e sem sentimentos,algum, pegue o exemplo com as doutoras e seja mais amável, é o mínimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não tratou meu gato direito e viu a agulha na garganta dele e não me falou nada. Vi quando cheguei em casa me cobrou mais de 500,00 em coisas desnecessárias, ent levei em outro veterinário (que super indico que paguei 120,00 bem mais em conta é super bem tratada)
