★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei o gás, aguardei por mais de uma hora e não havia chegado. Liguei de volta pra cancelar e vi que o proprietário realmente não estava nem aí com o cliente. Péssimo atendimento, NÃO INDICO.
I ordered the gas, waited for over an hour and it hadn't arrived. I called back to cancel and saw that the owner really didn't care about the customer. Poor service, I DO NOT INDICATE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefones só dão caixa postal.. mandei msg no whats e estavam on-line mas não me responderam, liguei pelo WhatsApp tbm várias vezes e não atenderam.. até agora ninguém me respondeu (desde ontem 21h). Péssimo atendimento e consideração com o cliente.
E olhem a resposta que o estabelecimento ainda da ao cliente. Vocês estão de parabéns ?? Só mostra o quão a sua empresa não preza um bom atendimento. E como eu disse, o whats de vocês está a constando ON-LINE, com isso alguém estava no whats e não fechado igual você disse. E sim, vocês devem essa satisfação ao cliente quando “acaba o estoque”, criem uma mensagem automática que seja. Vocês são horríveis, se eu tivesse sido bem atendida viria aqui sim, assim como vim quando não fui. OUTRAS PESSOAS QUE ENCONTREM ESSE ANUNCIO NÃO PERCAM TEMPO POIS ESSA EMPRESA É PÉSSIMA! Total descaso e desaforo, não sei como ainda estão abertos. Beijos de luz
Phones only give voicemail... I sent a message on whats and they were online but they didn't answer me, I called by WhatsApp tbm several times and they didn't answer... so far no one has answered me (since 9 pm yesterday). Terrible service and consideration for the customer.
And look at the response that the establishment still gives the customer. Congratulations to you ?? It just shows how your company does not value a good service. And as I said, your whats is appearing ON-LINE, so someone was on whats and not closed like you said. And yes, you owe that customer satisfaction when “out of stock”, create an automatic message whatever. You guys are horrible, if I had been well attended, I would have come here, just as I came when I wasn't. OTHER PEOPLE FINDING THIS ADVERTISING DON'T WAST YOUR TIME BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE! Total indifference and contempt, I don't know how they are still open. kisses of light
