★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 02 botijões no dia 03/04/2020 e no dia 04/03/2020 mais um.Pois bem, esse botijão apresentou vazamento e a Ana, me atendeu muito bem e me encaminhou a assistência. O rapaz veio trocou a borracha da válvula por volta de 11:00h. Subi novamente e coloquei sabão líquido e continuou o vazamento. Liguei novamente e solicitei a presença da assistência e as Ana disse :" Por que ele não trocou o botijão?" e que ele voltaria mais tarde para trocar o botijão pois tinha entregas para fazer. Eu Respondi: "Tudo bem mas não sei,não entendo e o entregador me disse que estaria resolvido, mas o vazamento continuou e até agora (16:35h) e permanece e não voltou, disse que vinha novamente para o reparo ou troca do botijão mas não vieram até o presente momento. Tentei ligar mas ninguém atende. Acho que poderiam pelo menos me avisar que não vem hoje. Espero o que venham amanhã. Gostaria de postar a foto do botijão com o vazamento mas não sei como anexar.Atenciosamente,Alberto Pecoraro de Santo André.

I bought 02 canisters on 04/03/2020 and on 03/04/2020 one more. Well, this canister leaked and Ana, attended me very well and referred me for assistance. The boy came and changed the rubber on the valve around 11:00. I went up again and put liquid soap on and the leak continued. I called again and requested the presence of assistance and Ana said: "Why didn't he change the cylinder?" and that he would come back later to change the cylinder because he had deliveries to make. I said, "Okay, but do not know, do not understand and the delivery man told me he would be solved, but the leak continued and so far (16: 35h) and stays and did not return, said he came back to the repair or replacement of the canister but they haven’t come yet.
