★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, usam de má fé para ganhar dinheiro e mentem na cara dos clientes, Rodrigo (gerente) que atende lá é educado para instalar novo kit e quanto tem reparo nunca mais te atende, kit gnv vive dando reparo e sempre enrola os clientes e fora que usam peças do seu carro para atender emergência e depois você nunca mais tem a sua peça original de volta, eles colocam usadas e pronto vc vai embora e perde tudo.
Dica coloque número em tudo, pois eles trocam mesmo na cara dura.
Não recomendo para ninguém e se vc teve esse problema ajuda a divulgar para ninguém mais cair no golpe dessa gente.

Kit agora está ok instalei no Menezes e perdi tudo que gastei com esse pessoal pilantra.
 Poor service, bad use to make money and lie in the face of customers, Rodrigo (manager) who attends there is educated to install new kit and how much has repair never catches you, gnv kit lives giving repair and always rolls customers and outside that use parts of your car to meet emergency and then you never have your original part back, they put used and ready you go away and lose everything.
Tip put number at all, as they barter even on the hard face.
I do not recommend it to anyone and if you had this problem help spread it to anyone else to fall in the blow of these people.
My car Spin year 2018/2019.
Kit is now okay I installed it in the Menezes and lost everything I spent with those pesky people.

Os funcionários são um esforçados e atenciosos, muito obrigado pela atenção q tiveram comigo. Estou com o kit há 3 meses e 20000 km e não tive problemas. Excellent place to install CNG. The installation is clean, without gambiarras as in other places. Post installation assistance takes a little time due to service demand. The staff are hardworking and attentive, thank you very much for your attention. I have had the kit for 3 months and 20000 km and I had no problems. I indicated 2 people and it remains my recommendation to anyone who's I'm kit! Congratulations

Em um primeiro momento onde fiz a instalação de um kit usado (vendido, instalado e revisado pela Gás), o carro funcionou muito bem, porém em menos de 2 meses começou a apresentar problemas (carro fraco, que não conseguia subir ladeira leve (tenho um Azera V6) alto consumo de gasolina mesmo no GNV (estava funcionando com 3 cilindros na gasolina e 3 cilindros no GNV), entre outros), onde todos os diagnósticos que eles fizeram dizia que era defeito no carro, desde bobina queimada até cilindro do motor com nível diferente.
Fiz diversas manutenções em mecânicas esperando que solucionasse o problema, até troca completa das 6 bobinas.
Após 8 meses e com um suporte péssimo, resolvi mudar de empresa. Logo nos 30 min diagnosticaram que o problema era o Módulo, pedi para que revisasse o trabalho completo da Gás, e foi verificado que os bicos estavam diferentes entre eles, desde marcas, abertura do bico e material dos mesmo. O kit foi instalado sem filtro (item essencial na instalação).
Traduzindo foi o pior negócio feito, ter procurado a Gás para realizar a instalação e manutenção do KIT.
Compartilho esse meu depoimento esperando que a empresa possa se comprometer melhor com seus clientes...

At first, when I installed a used kit (sold, installed and overhauled by Gás), the car worked very well, but in less than 2 months it started to have problems (weak car, which could not go up a light slope (I have an Azera V6) high consumption of gasoline even in the CNG (it was working with 3 cylinders in the gasoline and 3 cylinders in the CNG), among others), where all the diagnoses they did said that it was a defect in the car, from the burnt coil to the cylinder of the engine with different level.
I did several maintenance in mechanics hoping it would solve the problem, until the complete replacement of the 6 coils.
After 8 months and with terrible support, I decided to change companies. After 30 minutes, they diagnosed that the problem was the Module, I asked him to review the complete Gás work, and it was verified that the nozzles were different between them, from brands, nozzle opening and material. The kit was installed without a filter (essential item for installation).
In translation, it was the worst deal made, having sought out Gas to carry out the installation and maintenance of the KIT.
I share this statement of mine hoping that the company can better commit to its customers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no GNV10 apenas uma vez, mas o ditado é; "Que a Primeira Impressão é a que fica". Fui muito bem Recepcionado, desde o primeiro atendente o mecânico até a administração. E eu estava lá para fazer uma pequena manutenção, mesmo assim não senti que o atendimento a mim foi diferente dos demais. Sem falar que sai de lá com um bom sentimento de ter pago o justo pelo serviço. Toda Equipe da GNV10 estão de parabéns, sempre continuem com essa excelência.!
I've only been on the CNG10 once, but the saying goes; "That the First Impression is the one that stays". I was very well received, from the first attendant to the mechanic to the administration. And I was there to do a little maintenance, even so I didn't feel that the service to me was different from the others.
