★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi o gás as 8h da manhã, moro no bairro do lado. Precisei ligar por 3x pra saber o destino do gás. Detalhe: fiquei sem meu 1 real de troco. Pois nem meu troco foi mandado, aceitei pegar 0, 60 centavos que era o que o entregador tinha no bolso. Vendo tantas avaliações boas aqui me surpreendi pelo combo da demora da entrega e da falta do meu troco. Paguei mais que o valor normal, por um serviço mau estruturado.
I asked for gas at 8 am, I live in the neighborhood next door. I had to call 3x to know the destination of the gas. Detail: I was without my 1 real change. Because not even my change was sent, I accepted to take 0, 60 cents, which was what the delivery man had in his pocket. Seeing so many good reviews here I was surprised by the combo of the delay in delivery and the lack of my change. I paid more than the normal amount for a poorly structured service.
