Para minha surpresa a frentista, no momento de colocar o bico o tanque, deu um banho de gasolina no meu carro.
Veio um outro frentista e jogou água e sabão para que não manchar, nisso eu já estava do lado de fora, para ver oq ocorreu, então finalizando esse processo, simplesmente cada um foi para lado, ou seja nem um pedido de desculpa, não havia ocorrido.
Errar é humano, não ter humildade é algo totalmente diferente.
Não indico, péssimo atendimento

Another gas station attendant came and threw soap and water so it wouldn't stain, I was already outside to see what happened, so at the end of this process, everyone simply went to the side, that is, not even an apology, there was no occurred.
To err is human, not being humble is something else entirely.
