★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um material e o vendedor Bruno Centeno me prometeu a entrega no dia 11. Nesse dia as 16hs entrei em contato para saber da entrega, falei com o Julio da logistica e o mesmo disse que não tinha nada agendado para aquela data mas que iria verificar e me retornaria. Como não retornou, liguei novamente e outra pessoa me atendeu e disse que ele ligaria. O que não ocorreu, nem a ligação para uma satisfação e muito menos a entrega, que só foi realizada no dia 13. Muita falta de profissionalismo. Primeiro que o prazo era de alguns dias uteis que dava antes da data informada pra entrega. Segundo que nem essa data sendo posterior eles conseguem cumprir. Deveriam tratar melhor os clientes ou ao menos cumprir com aquilo que falam e escrevem.
I bought a material and the seller Bruno Centeno promised me delivery on the 11th. As he didn't return, I called again and someone else answered me and said he would call. What didn't happen, not even the call for satisfaction, much less the delivery, which was only carried out on the 13th. Much lack of professionalism. First, the deadline was a few business days before the date informed for delivery. Second, not even this date being later they are able to comply. They should treat customers better or at least comply with what they say and write.

Chegando na loja vi no mínimo uns 8 atendentes, mas NENHUM me atendeu. Ninguém chegou em mim e perguntou: posso ajudar?
Sai da loja e fui no LEO MADEIRAS que fica em frente. Lá eu recebi o atendimento e fiz a compra!
I went to the store on 12/10/2021 looking for a wardrobe door handle.
Arriving at the store I saw at least 8 attendants, but NONE attended me. Nobody came to me and asked: can I help?
I left the store and went to LEO MADEIRAS which is opposite. There I received the service and made the purchase!

Retirei os MDF que comprei pelo plano de corte, a broca fresa que comprei junto e a vendedora Monique fez outro pedido de ferragens que deixei pra comprar na hora além de ter nos ajudado com os preços de alguns MDF que fomos lá justamente pra conhecer. Rápido e prático e os vendedores são de boa. Comprar pelo plano de corte demora mesmo, não adianta ter pressa mas o acabamento, inclusive da fita de borda, ficou bem satisfatório.

No site da Gasometro especifica na "descricao": material zamac e no "detalhes do produto" : especifica aluminio macico. Tentei esclarecer pelo telefone do site da Gasometro e depois de esperar um tempo enorme a atendente me dise que o material era zamac. No site do fornecedor Hastvel especifica material aluminio macico. Ou seja, o caos. Tive que cancelar o pedido infelizmente.
Bad experience. I tried to buy Hastvel Linea model cabinet handles online. On the Gasometro website it specifies in the "description": zamac material and in the "product details": specifies solid aluminum. I tried to clarify by phone on the Gasometro website and after waiting a long time the attendant told me that the material was zamac. The Hastvel supplier website specifies solid aluminum material. In other words, chaos. I had to cancel the order unfortunately.
