Fui atendida pela recepcionista ás 13:45 e aguardei até as 14:19, horário este em que fui embora por que estava no meu horário de almoço e não fui atendida após uma espera de 45 minutos. Total desrespeito com os pacientes.
I made an appointment today with a dermatologist where I would be seen at 13:40. I was attended by the receptionist at 13:45 and waited until 14:19, this time when I left because I was on my lunch break and I was not attended after a 45 minute wait. Total disrespect for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na clínica para atendimento do meu filho (3anos) e em plena pandemia a clínica lotada sem lugar até para sentar, atraso de 40min no atendimento até que desisti e vim embora! Uma falta de respeito e cuidado com os clientes principalmente agora! Não recomendo e muito menos retorno
I was at the clinic to care for my son (3 years old) and in the middle of a pandemic the clinic was crowded with no place to sit, 40min delay in care until I gave up and left! A lack of respect and care for customers especially now! Do not recommend and much less return

All 5 times I went to the clinic 1 hour delay in consultation with an empty clinic. That's not treating the customer well!
