★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico é ótimo mas as jovens da recepção são grosseiras, não sabem explicar as coisas sem deixarem de lado a falta de educação e problemas pessoais. Ao chegar duas estavam super ocupadas falando da mudança que faria em breve e ficaram nesse papo ,ao atenderem a atitude foi ríspida e grosseira. Péssima impressão

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente fui informado que não fazem marcação pelo telefone, somente presencialmente. Tive que procurar outro lugar, pois não vejo sentido algum ir a um lugar somente para marcar. Atraso de vida. Se tivesse uma nota menor que 1 estrela eu dava!

Foi a primeira vez que fiz o exame e gostei tanto da estrutura, como do atendimento da equipe de técnicos, enfermeiros e médicos, especialmente do Dr. Glauco Barbieri. Quando precisar repetir o exame, voltarei a essa clínica e procurarei o Dr. Glauco novamente.
A clínica foi recomendada pela minha médica e pela mãe de um amigo que só faz seus exames lá e com o dr. Glauco.
I want to thank you for the service. It was the first time I took the exam and I liked both the structure and the service provided by the team of technicians, nurses and doctors, especially Dr. Glauco Barbieri. When I need to repeat the exam, I will return to this clinic and look for Dr. Glaucon again.
The clinic was recommended by my doctor and the mother of a friend who only does her exams there and with Dr. Glaucous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz Colonoscopia em 25/3/22. Antes passei pela recepção q é de penumbra,fui "entevistada" e recebi instruções sobre medicações/dieta e q deveria chegar às 7h,p/o exame. No dia marcado fui surpreendida c/a informação q o exame seria após 11h, por ser norma, e que deveria ingerir Manitol,aguardar o efeito. Protestei, reclamando que em nenhum momento fui informada sobre isto. Registro aqui a falta da informação ao paciente pois não gostei da "surpresa".Registro e elogio Monique q soube contornar minha indignação.Depois td foi mto bom. 10 p/ a Equipe!
I had a Colonoscopy on 3/25/22. Before, I went through the reception, which is in the dark, I was "interviewed" and received instructions on medication/diet and that I should arrive at 7:00 am for the exam. On the scheduled day, I was surprised with the information that the exam would be after 11 am, as it is the norm, and that I should ingest Mannitol, wait for the effect. I protested, complaining that at no time was I informed of this. I register here the lack of information to the patient because I didn't like the "surprise". I register and praise Monique who knew how to get around my indignation. 10 to the Team!
