★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendido pela equipe a Rosângela foi educada e profissional entendi de gnv resolveu meu problema tenho um prisma ele tava configurado na gasolina tinha dificuldades de partida vários profissionais alegaram outros defeitos ela só pediu pra trocar de combustível passei a usar Etanol,depois levei o carro na oficina o mecânico Pou feiz uma atualização ficou top.
Super recomendo.
 I was very well assisted by the team Rosângela was polite and professional I understood gnv solved my problem I have a prism it was set to gasoline I had starting difficulties several professionals claimed other defects she only asked to change fuel I started using Ethanol, then I took the car in the repair shop mechanic Pou made an update became top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No momento que resolvi, conhecer o produto GNV, busquei nas redes sociais, as empresas deste segmento. A única que consegui falar, sem secretaria eletrônica, foi a Gasvec. Fui muito bem atendido e orientado por telefone, o que me levou a fazer a visita na empresa, e ver de perto, todo o sistema, parte financeira e burocráticas do Detran. Deixei o carro na empresa, os prazos foram honrados, a Rosângela é muito profissional e atenciosa, conhece realmente do seu produto. Conheci também os demais funcionários, secretárias e técnicos de instalação, todos muito prestativos e profissionais. Recomendo a empresa, por sua seriedade e também por abrir novas opções para quem faz bastante uso de veículos, e conseguir reduzir os custos, através do GNV, deixando assim, de ser refém, apenas de um ou dois tipos de combustíveis. Parabéns Rosângela, vocês fazem um excelente trabalho. Um dia destes passo para tomar um cafezinho. Sucesso aí. Abraços.
When I decided to get to know the GNV product, I looked for companies in this segment on social networks. The only one I managed to talk to, without an answering machine, was Gasvec. I was very well attended and guided by phone, which led me to visit the company, and see up close, the entire system, financial and bureaucratic part of the Detran. I left the car at the company, the deadlines were honored, Rosângela is very professional and attentive, she really knows her product. I also met the other employees, secretaries and installation technicians, all very helpful and professional. I recommend the company, for its seriousness and also for opening up new options for those who make a lot of use of vehicles, and being able to reduce costs, through CNG, thus no longer being a hostage to just one or two types of fuel. Instalei o Kit em um Voyage 1.6 e estou satisfeito demais, pois rodo no Uber mais de 200km por dia e a economia tá muito grande, o serviço ficou excelente, nem dá pra perceber a perda de potência, é mínima, rodo na cidade e em muitos lugares com morro sem problemas. Empresa séria e tem compromisso com o cliente! Muito obrigado Rosângela e Valéria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o orçamento para a instalação do kit gás no Honda Fit, até aí tudo bem, dúvidas esclarecidas, orçamento na mão e agendamento realizado. Quando chegou na data da instalação, recebi uma ligação de uma pessoa que não é a Glaucia, falando que não seria possível fazer a instalação neste carro pois não era muito aceitável a conversão para o GNV, e que perderia o cliente mas não deixaria de falar a verdade, mas fiquei pensando, porque a Glaucia não falou nada disso? Mesmo assim muito admirado pelo seu atendimento pelo telefone e honestidade, intendi que a venda não está acima de tudo e sim a transparência e a verdade, e com isso indiquei meu cunhado para fazer a instalação lá pois era um lugar confiável e assim ele fez.
Procurei outro carro para comprar e quando realizei a compra, liguei para a Glaucia e ao conversar tentando faze lá lembrar do meu caso, perguntei a ela se no Kwid ficaria bom o gnv, ela informou que teria que ver, mesmo eu questionando que meu carro é novo que o step é original, que tem vários vídeos na Internet com o kwid com gnv, mesmo tambem ela informando que a loja ja fez no kwid, ela não soube informar se o step ia ficar bom ou não. Pedi a ela se poderia dividir de mais vezes, pois estou em situação difícil (que não é problema dela), a má vontade de me vender era tão grande que desisti. Acho que a Gasvec não precisa de mim como cliente. Vou procurar outra. Infelizmente a melhor conversora fica no RJ. Um dia quem sabe tomo coragem e vou lá para fazer a instalação. OBS: As três estrelas é para vc que me ligou e foi honesta comigo. Muito obrigado.

Even so, I was very much admired for his service over the phone and honesty, I understood that the sale is not above all, but transparency and truth, and with that I indicated my brother-in-law to do the installation there because it was a reliable place and so he did.
I looked for another car to buy and when I made the purchase, I called Glaucia and when talking trying to make her remember my case, I asked her if the gnv would be good in Kwid, she informed that she would have to see it, even though I questioned that my car it is new that the step is original, which has several videos on the Internet with kwid with gnv, even though she also informs that the store has already made it on kwid, she did not know whether the step would be good or not. I asked her if I could share more often, as I am in a difficult situation (which is not her problem), the unwillingness to sell me was so great that I gave up. I think Gasvec doesn't need me as a customer. I'll look for another. Unfortunately the best converter is in RJ. Maybe one day I'll get up the courage and go there to install it.
