★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou sendo atendido na Gat em Olinda desde janeiro de 2019, quando comecei o tratamento com Dra.Lais, quando contratei um tratamento a qual paguei R$ 1300,00 reais para colocar uma prótese no dente 16 é uma placa de Bruxismo ,,,até então estava tudo bem ,até que começou a embromação para terminar o acordado, marcam e mim deixam por último para ser atendido, precisando que eu tenha invadir o consultório para ter o direito de atendimento e com isso ficou difícil o tratamento para comigo , por causa do recepcionista. Espero que eu consiga terminar meu tratamento, uma verdadeira falta de respeito comigo que sou idoso, dizem que não está pronta a peça é assim adiando o término do tratamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, eles atendem casos de urgência, porém só com horário marcado(qual seria o sentido? urgência com horário marcado). E mesmo após marcar horário, quando chego na clinica informam que a dentista faltou e mesmo com o horário precisaria aguardar mais de 9 pessoas serem atendidas. Acho que a empresa esqueceu uma coisa chamada celular, a qual é possível informar quando ocorre imprevistos para não prejudicar seus clientes, ou apenas não se importam(que foi o que pareceu).
Nunca mais volto, para quem é da HAPVIDA vá a Estetic Odontologia, atendimento mil vezes melhor, mais organizado e a urgência realmente funciona
Horrible, they attend urgent cases, but only by appointment (what would be the meaning? urgency by appointment). And even after making an appointment, when I arrive at the clinic they inform that the dentist was absent and even with the time I would need to wait for more than 9 people to be seen. I think the company forgot something called a cell phone, which you can inform when unforeseen events occur so as not to harm your customers, or you just don't care (which it seemed).
I'll never come back, for those who are from HAPVIDA, go to Estetic Dentistry, a thousand times better service, more organized and the urgency really works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui tem aberto 24h porém se vc chega lá às 12h au menos para pedi alguma informação ou pega o número na frete a atendente vem com a maior ignorância com a placa na mão dizendo que está fechado para almoço, eu acho que o consultório se matem sozinho, se o dono do consultório ver minha avaliação, por favor pague um curso para a recepcionista de atendimento ao público pois ela tá precisando urgente!
Ignorância agente deixa em casa pois no local de trabalho devemos leva amor e respeito por todos paciente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento, tentei por diversas vezes realizar procedimento. Primeiro q eles não tão nem aí para e ainda são desatentos aos seus pacientes. Será q não tem nenhuma responsável por essa clínica ??? Pq gente eles são péssimos !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente e profissionais totalmente capacitados! Não tive qualquer problema em ligar para marcar minha consulta, inclusive fui atendida super rápido. A clínica é muito bem equipada, os dentistas passam segurança e a recepcionista foi muito atenciosa! Tive uma experiência tão boa que me faz pensar que as pessoas que comentaram jamais estiveram na Gat Saúde e que isso não passa de uma tentativa de boicote que certamente não terá êxito. Super recomendo a clínica e todos os seus profissionais. Muito sucesso!!
