★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oficina sem enrolação, muita experiência dos profissionais. Impressionante como vão direto ao ponto do problema. Sabem realmente o que fazem. Quando o assunto/problema for suspensão, podem levar nessa oficina sem medo. De quebra, ainda tomei um cafezinho com os funcionários. Recomendo! Faço questão de me locomover de Xerém ao Centro de São João para levar meu carro.
Workshop without stalling, a lot of experience from the professionals. Amazing how they get right to the point of trouble. They really know what they're doing. When the subject/problem is suspension, they can take it to this workshop without fear. As a bonus, I even had a cup of coffee with the employees. I recommend! I insist on moving from Xerém to downtown São João to take my car.

Identificado o problema e combinado o reparo, que aconteceu respeitando o tempo que me foi dito. Saí de lá com o problema sanado e sigo muito satisfeito com o que foi feito. I looked for the workshop on the recommendation of a friend and based on the reviews here and everything went as smoothly as possible. Quickly well received having my car evaluated by the complaints I made. Identified the problem and fixed the repair, which took place respecting the time I was told. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É raro você ir numa oficina pedir uma avaliação e os caras apertarem parafusos e porcas e não te cobrarem nada.
Na gaúcho é assim, não tentam te empurrar peças nem serviços.
It's rare that you go to a garage to ask for an evaluation and the guys tighten screws and nuts and don't charge you anything.

O trabalho realizado foi sensacional, a galera que trabalhou no carro esclareceu todas as minhas dúvidas de forma clara e transparente, bem como que foi orçado somente o que realmente estava de ruim no carro.

Meu carro tinha um problema na suspensão que não conseguia resolver, lá chegando fizeram uma inspeção e me informaram sobre a causa do problema e a solução com o preço justo.
De cara autorizei a execução do serviço, acompanhei toda a execução sem problemas e após o término do mesmo, dei uma volta com o carro na companhia do dono da loja e fui para o balcão pagar com maior satisfação!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honesto... meu carro tava batendo a suspensão dianteira lado esquerdo. Ele olhou tudo e chegou a conclusão que só precisava trocar um pivô e nada mais. Ele e seus funcionários estão de parabéns.
