No dia da compra devido a empolgação não percebi alguns riscos que havia no violão e solicitei ao Fernando o que poderia ser feito, de imediato ele falou para que eu ficasse tranquilo e levasse o violão rescem adquirido na loja e que se fosse necessário ele trocaria o violão e assim foi feito, recebi um novo violão ajustado e perfeito.
