Apesar de não ter uma recepção para os clientes quem atende e avalia o veículo é o próprio gaúcho, responsável pela oficina. Capaz de fazer reparos difíceis que outras oficinas não fazem. Na pintura não há diferença de cor. Emitem nota fiscal. Vale a pena passar e fazer um orçamento.
