★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei porcelanato A dessa marca na loja Nichele de Pinhais/PR. No primeiro corte a peça começou a quebrar e fui chamado pelo colocador na obra. Fui obrigado a devolver o material pessoalmente na loja, perdi horas de trabalho e ainda fui reembolsado parcialmente pela loja, porque não recebi as peças quebradas. Achei o produto muito bonito, mas fiquei muito decepcionado pela qualidade e falta de suporte da loja.
 I bought porcelain A of this brand at the Nichele de Pinhais/PR store. In the first cut, the piece started to break and I was called by the fitter on the job. I was forced to return the material in person to the store, I lost hours of work and I was even partially refunded by the store because I didn't receive the broken parts.
