Eu precisei usar os serviços da floricultura, porém como encontro-me fora do país gostaria de fazer uma surpresa para minha amiga. Então no dia 10/10/20 Entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp com Sr: Fernando que logo me ajudou e fez questão de cuidar de tudo pessoalmente, inclusive ele próprio foi entregar na casa da minha amiga a minha surpresa! Eu estou muito feliz e com certeza serei uma cliente... muito obrigada pelo capricho!
 I highly recommend Floricultura Gávea and Mr: Fernando is super attentive and willing to help. I needed to use the services of floriculture, but as I am out of the country I would like to surprise my friend. Then on 10/10/20 I contacted WhatsApp with Mr: Fernando who soon helped me and made sure to take care of everything personally, including he himself delivered my surprise at my friend's house! I am very happy and I will definitely be a customer ... thank you for the whim!

I recommend...I've known the owner for a long time....it started out of nowhere and now has a trade in top quality flowers and the like; service cuts and kind. Fair prices.

Fiz o meu pedido online com o apoio super prestável e competente via WhatsApp do Fernando. No final da encomenda apercebi-me que uma outra loja (uma padaria) de onde também também queria entregar algo era na área, quando soube do que precisava o Fernando prontamente se ofereceu para ir lá buscar as coisas, organizou o pagamento de forma rápida e pouco depois as minhas flores e pastéis de nata estavam a ser enviados para o destino final!!
Demais!! Realmente dos serviços mais prestáveis que já vi!!

I made my order online with the super helpful and competent support via Fernando's WhatsApp. At the end of the order I realized that another store (a bakery) from where I also wanted to deliver something was in the area, when Fernando learned what he needed, he promptly offered to go and get things, organized the payment quickly and shortly afterwards my flowers and cream puffs were being sent to their final destination !!
Too much!! Really the most helpful services I have ever seen !!

E quando estava desistindo vocês responderam a msg no whats. O atendente foi muito gentil e simpático. E o prazo de entrega foi cumprido como o acertado! A aniversariante amou a cesta!

Excelent reception! I needed a basket for delivery in less than 24 hours. I got in contact with several places and I was not successful, because it was already dawn on 05/02. And when I was giving up you answered the msg on whats. The attendant was very kind and friendly. And the delivery deadline was met as agreed! The birthday girl loved the basket!
You are to be congratulated for the service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi boa. O arranjo mostrado no site é exuberante, e o que chegou era pobre e sem graça. Fiz a encomenda com alguns dias de antecedência, exatamente para não correr o risco de faltar alguma das flores, mas mesmo assim, enviaram basicamente meia dúzia de girassóis (foto em anexo para comparação com a apresentada no site), e que também não corresponde de forma alguma ao preço cobrado. Antes de fazer essa avaliação pública, comuniquei a empresa sobre o ocorrido, enviando inclusive a foto do arranjo recebido, pois achei que poderia ter sido falha de algum funcionário, mas já se passaram muitos dias desde o meu comunicado que foi totalmente ignorado pela empresa.
My experience was not good. The arrangement shown on the website is lush, and what arrived was poor and bland. I placed the order a few days in advance, precisely so as not to run the risk of missing any of the flowers, but even so, they basically sent half a dozen sunflowers (attached photo for comparison with the one shown on the website), which also does not correspond to in any way at the price charged. Before making this public assessment, I informed the company about what happened, including sending a photo of the arrangement received, as I thought it could have been an employee's fault, but it has been many days since my announcement that it was totally ignored by the company.
