★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo!! Ambiente super agradável e acolhedor!!! As aulas são ótimas.... além da prática de yoga, no final de toda aula tem relaxamento tb !!!
 I recommend!! Super nice and cozy atmosphere !!! The classes are great .... besides the practice of yoga, at the end of every class there is relaxation too !!!

E com tempo sente que a prática muda a forma como você lida com as situações adversas e com o stress. Classes are complete with breathing exercises, postures and relaxation. You are able to leave class very calm and relaxed. And over time you feel that practice changes the way you deal with adverse situations and stress. The teacher has a lot of knowledge and experience in both yoga and meditation providing a deep and complete practice. Thank you very much Rodrigo. ??♀️
