 Absolutely spectacular. Extremely professional service from the receptionists, very clean and organized place. Highlight for IBGE employees who are always very polite when you find them circulating around the building.

â â â â â Cheguei atĂ© a falar com a corretora e visitar algumas unidades, mas depois que procurei saber da reputação da construtora aqui na internet e no site reclame aqui e outros de defesa do consumidor .... Desisti de comprar.
I even talked to the broker and visited some units, but after I tried to find out about the construction company's reputation here on the internet and on the website, complain here and others for consumer protection .... I gave up buying.

â â â â â EscritĂłrio local da Gabriel Bacelar. Achei muito velho o local e precisando de uma reforma. Para ser o escritĂłrio de uma imobiliĂĄria, deveria ser um local para mostrar o que hĂĄ de melhor na construção... salas de reuniĂŁo cheias de mofo, piso de cerĂąmica nĂŁo muito bonita, mobiliĂĄrio antigo e corredor meio apertado. A GB tem oportunidade de fazer MUITO melhor.
Gabriel Bacelar local office. I found the place very old and in need of a renovation. To be a real estate office, it should be a place to showcase the best in the building ... moldy meeting rooms, not-so-beautiful tile floors, antique furniture, and a half-narrow hallway. GB has the opportunity to do MUCH better.

â â â â â HorrĂvel .... AlĂ©m de vender apartamento por valores acima dos praticados no mercado (sĂł descobri depois que comprei) .... Depois que lhe vendem o imĂłvel, nĂŁo prestam mais nenhuma assistĂȘncia ao cliente.
Mais ainda, entregaram o imĂłvel sem vĂĄrios itens da ĂĄrea de comum, os quais constavam da proposta inicial.
Horrible .... In addition to selling apartments for values ââabove those practiced in the market (I only discovered after I bought them) .... After they sell the property, they no longer provide any assistance to the customer.
Furthermore, they delivered the property without several items from the common area, which were included in the initial proposal.

â â â â â Comprei um apartamento na Gabriel Bacelar e nĂŁo recomendo. Ă muito marketing para pouca qualidade oferecida. Primeiramente, meu imĂłvel estĂĄ apresentando alguns problemas hidrĂĄulicos e elĂ©tricos devido a baixa qualidade dos materiais que foram utilizados pela construtora. Sem contar que os dutos dos ar-condicionado, a construtora no lugar de usar cobre (como em toda obra) optou por usar duto chamado "PET" que Ă© horrĂvel, pois Ă© de alumĂnio e plastico, resultado o duto "pet" estourou em um ponto e tive que troca toda a tubulação do ar do apartamento pq o "pet", ao contrĂĄrio do cobre, nĂŁo aceita emendas.
Outro ponto de destaque, Ă© que na ocasiĂŁo em que estive na Gabriel Bacelar, fui atendido por este corretor de imĂłveis chamado Josias(o qual fala aqui abaixo), onde o mesmo me passou valores absurdos dos apartamentos que eu sabia que o mesmo AP estava sendo oferecido por valores mais baixo por outros corretores(mais de um) da prĂłpria GB. Fiquei irritado, pois achei que como cliente merecia mais respeito.
I bought an apartment at Gabriel Bacelar and do not recommend it. It is too much marketing for the low quality offered. First, my property is showing some hydraulic and electrical problems due to the low quality of the materials that were used by the construction company. Not to mention that the air conditioning ducts, the construction company instead of using copper (as in every construction site) opted to use a duct called "PET", which is horrible, since it is made of aluminum and plastic, the result of which is the "pet" duct burst in one point and I had to change all the air piping in the apartment because the "pet", unlike copper, does not accept amendments.
Another point of note, is that when I was at Gabriel Bacelar, I was attended by this real estate agent named Josias (who speaks here below), where he gave me absurd values ââof the apartments that I knew the same AP was being offered at lower prices by other brokers (more than one) of the GB itself. I was annoyed because I thought that as a customer I deserved more respect.

â â â â â Adquiri um apartamento no regime de administração. Desde o primeiro momento todos os prazos foram respeitados, nĂŁo houve aumento do orçamento e o prĂ©dio Ă© de excelente qualidade. SĂŁo tĂŁo cuidadosos com detalhes que chega a surpreender. Os funcionĂĄrios sĂŁo extremamente atenciosos e resolutivos. A empresa faz jus a fama que tem. Recomendo com toda certeza.
I purchased an apartment under the administration regime. From the first moment, all deadlines were respected, there was no increase in the budget and the building is of excellent quality. They are so careful with details that it is surprising. The staff are extremely attentive and resolute. The company lives up to its fame. I definitely recommend it.
