★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários da empresa são muito arrogantes e a entrada é bem complicada pois você tem que se dirigir até o armazém 37 ou não conseguirá adentrar ao terminal , isso quando não há manobra do trem que as vezes fica até 40 minutos e etc.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O terminal não apresenta nenhum aparato para o acompanhante do motorista tais como ( água, lugar para o mesmo aguardar a descarga e um banheiro ) sendo o que o terminal tem várias normas para o motorista de seguir como uso de EPIS e outros aparatos de segurança. Sendo que a maioria dos outros terminais no porto oferece o básico para o acompanhante.
