★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay Away from this company. Worst Customer Service I have ever received. I booked a year long travel insurance plan at GBG STA via travel. After 2 months of not hearing from them after submitting a claim I called and found that they claimed they never received it which they did because I had proof.
After weeks of back and forth they denied my claim to it not being a covered issue. Most recently they emailed me AFTER my claim was already denied to deny me again saying that my policy was terminated on the day I booked it which I'm not even sure how that's possible. Slow response times and poor customer service. Pay the premium and go with world nomands or another reputable company.
