★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante do atendimento da loja, equipamentos de balanceamento e alinhamento de primeira linha.
porém identifiquei alguns aspectos que precisam melhorar como, a rampa para alinhamento parece antiquada, nao passa segurança para subir com o carro. Outra coisa, verifiquei que alguns interrupções de luz não funcionavam, principalmente da área de alinhamento, tantos os abaixo do carro como a lateral. Além de verificar que a oficina nessa parte de trás ser escura e parece que os profissionais não tem muita iluminação para trabalho tento que usar a lanterna do celular.
Mas sem dúvida indico a loja e voltarei para próximas revisões!

however, I identified some aspects that need to be improved, such as, the ramp for alignment seems outdated, there is no security to go up with the car. Another thing, I noticed that some light interruptions didn't work, mainly in the alignment area, both below the car and on the side. In addition to verifying that the workshop in the back is dark and it seems that the professionals don't have much lighting for work, I try to use the flashlight of the cell phone.
But I definitely recommend the store and will be back for future reviews!

Fui realizar um serviço de hidráulica na loja, e, como se não bastasse ficar a manhã toda experando pelo material que não chegou, ainda fui roubado: minha furadeira de R$ 500,00 foi surrupiada da minha mochila que estava no interior da loja e o dono, além de não me pagar o meu dia de trabalho, ainda disse que não vai ia pagá-la.
Awful. I went to have a plumbing service done at the store, and, as if it weren't enough to wait all morning for the material that didn't arrive, I was still robbed: my R$500.00 drill was stolen from my backpack that was inside the store and the owner, in addition to not paying me for my day's work, also said he wouldn't pay it.

Fiz a reserva dos pneus pelo WhatsApp e agendei o dia de ida na loja.
Chegando lá tudo certinho, pelo cadastro já puxaram o modelo dos pneus e correu tudo bem. Os profissionais super prestativos, em especial o Renato que tirou minhas dúvidas e me deu várias dicas. Me senti segura do inicio ao fim do serviço, conheci a oficina e foi tudo muito transparente.
Obs.: 4 estrelas pois não tem Wi-Fi para os clientes. Por se tratar de um serviço que já possui um custo elevado e pelo tempo de espera o Wifi é uma necessidade e não um agrado. Fica a Dica.

I made the reservation of the tires by WhatsApp and scheduled the day to go to the store.
Arriving there, everything was right, through the registration they already pulled the model of the tires and everything went well. The super helpful professionals, especially Renato who took my doubts and gave me several tips. I felt safe from the beginning to the end of the service, I got to know the workshop and everything was very transparent.
Note: 4 stars because there is no Wi-Fi for customers. Because it is a service that already has a high cost and the waiting time, Wifi is a necessity and not a pleasure. Here's the Dica.
