 Bad builder, I don't recommend it to anyone. Delays in delivering their projects, they are throwing the responsibility to third parties and never manage to solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nada do empreendimento da GDR, o atendimento é péssimo e de um mês para o outro as parcelas aumentam absurdamente, me arrependi de ter comprado uma casa com essa construtora infelizmente ainda estou pagando porque entrei nessa sem saber eles te dão o contrato para você ler porém, a pessoa não consegue ler tudo não dão cópias do contrato para você vê em casa com
calma na planilha fica um valor x para pagar quando enviar o boleto vem um outro valor acima do vem na planilha.
NÃO INDICO PARA NINGUÉM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, eu deveria ter recebido o empreendimento no ano passado. Ainda não entregaram e nem dão previsão de ficar pronto. Continuam cobrando a taxa de construção e não dão retorno sobre nenhum dos e-mail que o setor administrativo orienta enviar para qualquer dúvida que temos, já que não possuem resposta para nada quando chegamos na recepção. O que era um sonho estornou em pesadelo.
Bad experience, I should have received the project last year. They haven't delivered yet and they don't even give a forecast of being ready. They continue to charge the construction fee and do not give feedback on any of the emails that the administrative sector advises to send for any questions we have, as they do not have an answer for anything when we arrive at the reception. What was a dream turned into a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Comprei um empreendimento de 105 casas, desde do final de março aguardando a entrega, já estamos em maio e não entregaram nem 50% das casas. E os que ja receberam com dificuldades para se mudar por conta de pendencias na Brk e falta de iluminação no condomínio. Um descaso e desrespeito total com o ser humano. Não dão suporte de nada.
I do not recommend. I bought a development of 105 houses, since the end of March awaiting delivery, we are already in May and have not delivered even 50% of the houses. And those who have already received difficulties to move due to pending issues at Brk and lack of lighting in the condominium. A total disregard and disrespect for the human being. O seu pós venda é bem pior que pessimo, não te atendem, não te infomam prazos, são escorregadios, um completo descaso. Tranformam sue sonho em pesadelo.
I don't recommend it at all. A company that has no respect for the customer, believe me, NONE.
Their after sales service is much worse than terrible, they don't serve you, they don't inform you about deadlines, they are slippery, a complete disregard. They turn your dream into a nightmare.
