★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento com os clientes.Estou quase 01 mês pedindo a via da conta de luz e o IPTU que é cobrado mensalmente no meu aluguel!!!!! Eles estão me enrolando , sempre com desculpas esfarrapadas, passam dias pra responder!!!!! É DE DIREITO DO INQUILINO TER ESTES DOCUMENTOS!!! JA DEVERIA ESTAR TUDO NO CONTRATO.
Terrible customer service. I'm almost 01 month asking for the electricity bill and the IPTU that is charged monthly in my rent!!!!! They are rolling me, always with lame excuses, spend days to answer!!!!! IT IS THE RIGHT OF THE TENANT TO HAVE THESE DOCUMENTS!!! EVERYTHING SHOULD BE IN THE CONTRACT.
