Falta de compromisso com os clientes. Fiz um pedido na quinta feira 8/11 o qual me passaram a data de entrega para dia 12/11 na segunda feira. Perguntamos se podíamos confiar nesse prazo afinal a cirurgia dependia desse material. Na sexta feira ligamos para confirmar se o material já estava na transportadora a caminho e foi dito que não, que o material só chegaria na segunda, mas com o prazo até a 18 hrs. Então remarcamos a paciente para terça a qual seria certo de o material estar aqui. Hoje segunda feira 12/11 as 17hrs ligamos novamente e a atendente Rosangela nos informou que tiveram problemas com o sistema e que a previsão de entrega mudou para quarta feira pois o material ainda não havia sido encaminhado para transportadora. Hoje as 18horas estou eu aqui novamente ligando para minha paciente pedindo desculpas pelo ocorrido, lembrando que essa já iniciou uso de antibioticoterapia profilática e terei que remarca-la para outra data. Eu entendo que imprevistos acontecem, mas descaso com o cliente isso eu não aceito. Trabalhamos com vidas, materiais para cirurgia o minimo de responsabilidade de ligar e avisar o problema é o que esperamos de uma empresa. Eu tive que ligar varias vezes parar o meu trabalho para fazer o que eles deveriam ter feito, me informar os problemas com os prazos que eles mesmos assumiram. Estou decepcionada e vejo que a empresa não apresenta responsabilidade e seriedade para com seus clientes.
Lack of commitment to customers. I placed an order on Thursday 8/11 which gave me the delivery date for 12/11 on Monday. We asked if we could trust this deadline, after all, the surgery depended on this material. On Friday we called to confirm if the material was already in the carrier on the way and it was said that no, that the material would only arrive on Monday, but with a deadline of up to 18 hrs. So we rescheduled the patient for Tuesday which would be sure the material would be here. Today Monday 11/11 at 17hrs we called again and the attendant Rosangela informed us that they had problems with the system and that the delivery schedule changed to Wednesday because the material had not yet been forwarded to the carrier. Today at 6pm I am here again calling my patient to apologize for what happened, remembering that she has already started using prophylactic antibiotic therapy and I will have to reschedule her for another date. I understand that unforeseen events happen, but I do not accept this with the client. We work with lives, materials for surgery the minimum responsibility to call and report the problem is what we expect from a company. I had to call several times to stop my work to do what they should have done, to inform me of the problems with the deadlines that they themselves took on. I am disappointed and I see that the company does not show responsibility and seriousness towards its customers.
