Se pedimos fora do Zé delivery ele demoram 5 vidas pra entregar, quando lembram. Pq quando não lembram nem entregar entregam. Faz umas 3/4 vezes que vinha pedido pelo Zé delivery e estava tudo ótimo. Mas acho que a cota do bom atendimento acabou. Hoje pedi duas Pepsi e um bis Black e o rapaz avisou somente quando chegou que as duas Pepsi estavam quentes. Disse que não faria sentido comprar no Zé delivery bebida quente. O entregador disse que iria encerrar a entrega e pediu pra que eu pedisse novamente. Eu disse ok e que pediria a Pepsi quente e uma sukita uva GELADA. ASSIM FIZ. Ao chegar, novamente os dois refrigerantes QUENTES. E pra terminar de completar e fechar com chave de ouro o bis que havia pedido Black mandaram o branco. Tudo haver. Esperei duas vezes pra receber nas duas vezes refrigerante QUENTE e produto ERRASO. PÉSSIMO.
Bad distributor.
If we order outside Zé delivery, it takes 5 lives to deliver, when they remember. because when they don't remember or deliver they deliver. It's been about 3/4 times I've been ordered by Zé delivery and everything was great. But I think the good service quota is over. Today I ordered two Pepsi and a Black bis and the boy only warned when he arrived that the two Pepsi were hot. He said it wouldn't make sense to buy a hot drink at Zé delivery. The delivery man said he would close the delivery and asked me to order again. I said ok and I would order the hot Pepsi and a COLD grape sukita. I DID IT. Upon arrival, the two HOT soft drinks again. And to finish completing and closing with a flourish the encore that Black had asked for, they sent the white one. Everything be. I waited twice to receive both HOT soda and WRONG product. TERRIBLE.
